Getting Started

This guide helps you sign up, create your first workbook, and use the AI assistant.

1. Create an account

  1. Go to Sign up and create an account.
  2. Verify your email, then sign in.

2. Create your first workbook

  1. Open the app and click New workbook.
  2. Import data or start with a blank sheet.

3. Use the AI assistant

  1. Open the AI chat panel.
  2. Describe the task (e.g., "visualize revenue by month").
  3. Review suggestions and click Apply to accept changes.

4. Understanding credits

Embedsheet uses a simple credit system where 1 credit = 1¢. Each AI model costs different credits per request. Free users have daily limits, while paid plans include monthly credit allowances that roll over. You can buy additional credits anytime at 1¢ each. Learn more in Usage & Billing.
